Week 4
Find Your Guiding Lights!
Thinking back to Week 2 in our program, you wrote down all of your highest visions of how you wanted your life to look if anything were possible. We discussed sef sabatoge. We discussed negtive thoughts and the feeling of worth.
You acknowledge that the reason you want these things is because you are unsatisfied by the results you are currently getting. The path ahead is one that you have created. This journey is inward, outward, and forever. This change? Is a beautiful, scary, and exciting moment!
You are in a great position now because you know…
a) Where you are, and…..
b) Where you truly want to be for each area of life!
In order to start making real change in each area, you need to develop a plan. I love good plan! As long as the plan has fun in it! I mean life is really short! You CAN have fun AND do the work! It doent have to be miserable!
Now obviously this isn’t rocket science. But here’s the problem… plans often fail. And if you blindly write a plan to correct problems you have been perpetuating for years, you already know what is going to happen (that’s right… nothing!). I know you didnt see THAT coming….( insert eyeroll here)
Your assignment today is to identify your “guiding lights”.
For each area of life you want to change, you are going to seek out people who you can follow, watch, observe and model. These are people who are already getting the results you want at each area of life. Some may still be alive! Others? May have left wonderful inspiration to follow.
Go ahead and fill in your guiding lights for each of the following…of course add your own! What inspires you! What gets you excited?
· Health· Relationships· Money· Work· Passion/energy
Use your notebook, or the table on the proceeding page for this exercise. This should be fun, colorful, and rip out pages! Make a collage. Create and get into the passion of what you are developing!
Until next week!
